You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your Account, whether or not authorised by you. prgoo7 employs 256-bit SSL encryption, device-recognition technology, and automated fraud-detection monitoring to protect Account integrity, but these measures do not relieve you of your personal responsibility for Account security.
Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and entitles prgoo7 to suspend or permanently close your Account, withhold any pending withdrawals pending investigation, and forfeit any Bonus Funds in your Account at the time of closure.
Registering or operating more than one Account — whether under your own name, a variation of your name, or the name of another person — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, prgoo7 will close all but the earliest registered Account and may forfeit balances associated with duplicate Accounts.
prgoo7 is required under its international gaming license to conduct identity verification on all members prior to processing withdrawal requests. KYC verification may also be triggered at any time by our compliance team in response to unusual account activity, large deposit volumes, or as part of routine audits.

If funds are debited from your bank or e-wallet account but do not appear in your prgoo7 Balance within two hours, contact our support team at [email protected] with your transaction reference number and a screenshot of the transfer confirmation. prgoo7 will investigate and resolve confirmed missing deposits within one business day.
Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in the same name as your prgoo7 Account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts — including accounts belonging to family members — are not permitted and will be declined.

prgoo7 actively monitors for bonus abuse patterns, including but not limited to: low-risk hedging strategies designed to clear Wagering Requirements with minimal risk exposure, use of multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion, and coordinated bonus exploitation by groups of Members acting in concert. Where bonus abuse is confirmed, prgoo7 reserves the right to void all Bonus Funds and associated winnings, suspend the Account, and refer the matter to our fraud team.
prgoo7 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or discontinue any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is discontinued before its stated end date, prgoo7 will notify affected Members and honour Wagering Requirements already partially completed on a pro-rata basis at prgoo7's discretion.
All bets placed on prgoo7 are subject to the specific game or sport rules applicable to that market, accessible via the relevant product section of the Platform. The following general betting rules apply across all prgoo7 products.
A bet is accepted only when a confirmation screen or notification is generated by the prgoo7 platform. Bets in transit that have not received confirmation — for example, due to a loss of internet connection — are not binding on prgoo7. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other matter where liability cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
prgoo7 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Member Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances: breach of these Terms; suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity; failure to complete KYC within the required period; use of a Prohibited Person's credentials; or any other situation where prgoo7 reasonably determines that continued access poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or to other members.
Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, prgoo7 may withhold the Account Balance pending completion of an investigation. Where no breach is confirmed after investigation, the confirmed legitimate Balance will be returned to the Member's verified payment method.
You may request permanent closure of your Account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Pending withdrawal requests will be processed in the normal course after Account closure is confirmed. Bonus Funds that have not met their Wagering Requirements at the time of voluntary closure will be forfeited.
prgoo7 may revise these Terms at any time. Revisions take effect on the date published on the Platform unless a later effective date is specified. Where amendments are material — for example, changes to withdrawal procedures, KYC requirements, or bonus rules — prgoo7 will notify registered Members via email to the address on file at least 7 calendar days before the amendment takes effect.
Your continued use of the prgoo7 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to an amendment, you must stop using the Platform and may request voluntary Account closure as described in Clause 15.2.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — whether contractual or non-contractual in nature — are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which prgoo7 holds its primary international gaming license.
Any dispute that cannot be resolved between the parties through good-faith negotiation within 30 days shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of a mutually agreed international arbitration body. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or interim relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
Indonesian consumer protection laws may provide additional rights to Indonesian-resident Members that cannot be contractually waived. This clause does not affect any such mandatory rights.
